SPECIFICATIONS:
Compatible with all refrigerants and oils
Holds 850 psi of refrigerant pressure 12 minutes after bonding (20 minutes for aluminum)
Holds 1200 psi of refrigerant pressure – fully cured
In 12 minutes the bond will withstand 850 psi of refrigerant pressure
Bonding time in 1 minute for aluminum and is set in 4 minutes
Approximately 2 hours is fully cured and will withstand 1200 psi of refrigerant pressure
Starts to set up in 20 seconds and forms a solid bond in 3 minutes
Makes approximately 200 bonds on 1/2 inch pipe
Temperature Range -65˚ to 350˚F (-54˚ to 176˚C)
Adherence Strength (ASTM 4541): Pull Apart 1500 foot pounds, Rotational 450 foot pounds

*As with any product, the effectiveness can and will be diminished with exposure to the elements. HVAC Super Pro once opened is recommended to stay opened with the cap off until the job the technician is doing is completed.  This ensures the product is exposed to oxygen. When closing the bottle wipe all the excess HVAC Super Pro from the cap and the bottle then close tightly and store upright. Depending on temperature and humidity HVAC Super Pro will remain useful for an extended period. It is in the absence of oxygen that the chemical reaction happens. Therefore, the bottle is only 1/3 full when shipped.
