1. Our items are usually dispatched within 48 business hours after payment is made, will take about 1~5 working days.
    

2. Delivery fees are calculated according to location, size of product, quantity and other considerable factors. We will then send a email confirming delivery and the delivery fee. This will occur within 2 business days after the client submits his/her details. 
    

3. Final prices are subject to invoice given by Haiton Int'l Pty Ltd. This will be the basis for the transaction.
    

4. All parcels come with a tracking number, and we will give you the information via text/email.
